ncil will conduct a public hearing next week on new ordinances designed to improve safety for bicycle riders on the city’s streets. The hearing is part of the council’s regular weekly meeting, which will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12 in the City Council Chambers, third floor of City Hall.
