The SWIMBA Adult Women Beginner Mountain Bike Class will cover the following topics:

Beginner Class Topics:
• Introductions
• Bike Inspection
• Bike Fit
• Proper Gear selection
• Climbing Techniques
• Descending Techniques
• Cornering Techniques
• Q&A

Items to bring:
• Properly tuned bike
• Plenty of water
• Snacks
• Helmet
• Pump, patch kit, spare tube, and tire levers.
• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• Gloves
• Pen and Paper to take notes with (optional)

Please note that this class is only open to current SWIMBA Members so if you're not a member or your membership has expired please renew or join to take advantage of this member benefit.  This class is also limited to 10 students with a minimum class size of 3 so please register as early as possible for the classes/dates that interest you.  Registration is required to attend the classes.
